Boggy Meadow Farm Cheese

Boggy Meadow is on the banks of the Connecticut River in New Hampshire. It has been a farm for centuries, and a dairy farm for as long as anyone can remember, but in the last few years we have started to make our own farmstead cheeses. Our cheeses are based on old Alpine recipes, and we use raw milk from our own herd of cows. The cheeses are made by hand twice a week. The cheeses are all natural; we only use vegetarian rennet and the milk could not be fresher.

Sandwich Creamery

The Sandwich Creamery is tucked into a small valley at the northern edge of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. The creamery was established in 1995 and now produces cow’s milk farmstead cheeses in the following varieties: aged cheddar, smoked cheddar, Caerphilly, Coulommier, Jersey Jack, and brie, as well as a variety of fresh soft cheese spreads.

4Walpole Creamery

While most “homemade”  ice creams are produced using a commercial based mix,  Walpole Creamery crafts its ice cream from its own original  recipe tailored to each flavor. Our ice cream is churned using  only fresh milk from cows raised in Walpole NH, a town rich in dairy farm heritage. From cow to cone or carton,  each step we take ensures you the quality you expect  from a premium “homegrown” ice cream.
