Taylor Brothers Creamery

Taylor Brothers Creamery in early 2010 began production of cheeses as part of a 60-cow dairy and 5,000-tap maple operation. The Creamery’s initial products are Mill Hollow, a gouda-style cheese, and Evelyn’s Jack, and the line will be gradually expanded to include traditional cheeses of the Connecticut Valley region. All cheeses are handmade using pasteurized milk from the farm’s herd and are marketed at the farm and in local stores.
