Brookford Farm – Brookford Farm creates farmstead cheese in Canterbury. We are currently crafting plain and flavored Quark (a German spreadable cheese, fresh and tangy), a fresh Mozzarella (hand-stretched and packed in brine), and Camembert (a small-sized bloomy rind cheese, similar to Brie). We plan to add Cheddar this year. Our milk is certified organic by the NH Department of Markets, Agriculture, and Food. Our cows are pastured and receive no antibiotics, yielding rich and creamy milk!
